The season of spring is welcomed by many after a long, cold winter. Along with the extended daylight hours and the warmer temperatures we see the first signs of nature blooming with the arrival of the almond blossom in late winter. The tiny, white to pinkish buds are celebrated in many cultures as symbolic of awakening and rebirth. Both these elements are captured here very elegantly in the Designer Greeting Card: Spring Blossom. This boutique A6 size card features the gentle colours of this dainty flower bursting to life against a blurred background. To complement the image, there is an eloquent spring quote by Algernon Charles Swinburne.
